Your doctor will ordinarily offer GP telehealth services if they have had a face-to-face consultation with you in the previous 12 months.

Your doctor will ordinarily only bulk-bill COVID-related issues. Additionally, an exception may be made for patients who are eligible and registered with My Medicare. For all other consultations, there may be a private fee of $80.00 with no rebate available.
