Consultation Fees from November 2024

We are a private billing medical practice and appreciate full payment of fees on the day of consultation. We use Medicare online so the Medicare rebate can be immediately refunded to your bank account.

Bulk billing is generally offered by the doctors to Pension card holders, Health care card holders, Children under the age of 16, DVA card holders, National Immunization Program and Chronic Disease management plans.

Please note that all of the doctors we support independently determine the fees they charge to their patients. This schedule is intended as a guide only. For more information about the fees charged by your doctor, please contact reception, or our Practice Manager, Sandra Harishanker, on 02 9484 1552.

  1. All of the doctors operate private billing practices and appreciate full payment of their fees on the day of consultation. Medicare online is available, so your Medicare rebate can be immediately processed for refund to your bank account.
  2. Please be advised that your doctor may offer a discounted out-of-pocket rate for their patients who are concession card holders, with billing determined at your doctor's discretion. Please speak with your doctor directly if payment presents a challenge.
  3. Fees may apply for recall and follow-up appointments at the discretion of your doctor, depending on the duration and complexity of the consultation.
  4. Telehealth appointments will generally incur an out-of-pocket fee unless the patient meets the eligibility criteria under Medicare or is registered with My Medicare.
  5. Patients that have not visited their doctor in person in the last 12 months do not meet the Medicare rebate eligibility criteria and will generally be required to pay the full fee for a telehealth appointment.
  6. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact your doctor or reception.
